Ron graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance in 1968. From there he went on to the University of Bridgeport to earn his Masters of Business Administration in 1973. Additional education includes Strategic Marketing (Stanford University, 1970), Manufacturing Strategy (Harvard University, 1990) and Total Quality Management Program (Westinghouse, 1991).
Ron has over 40 years of experience in the filtration industry. Throughout his career, Ron has worked in Executive, Management and Operational positions overseeing hundreds of employees and budgets in excess of $75M. Ron has direct experience and knowledge of marketing, manufacturing and engineering in the filter industry.
Ross received a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University in 1997. Ross twice earned All American honors in Cross Country in his time at SCSU in 1994 & 1996.
Upon graduating, Ross worked for ESPN the worldwide leader in sports as a Technical Director bringing to air programing such as Sports Center, Outside the Lines and ESPNEWS. After leaving ESPN, Ross has built a successful 13 year career in sales, as a consistent top performer in the medical and surgical devices market. Customers most frequently describe Ross as “trustworthy and customer oriented”.
